Before You Book
What makes this different from booking through a travel site?
We own the houses and the fleet. You sleep in our property, ride in our vehicles, and deal with one person. No hotel, no rental car counter, no middlemen.
How far in advance should I book?
Peak season (January through April) books out 4-8 weeks ahead. Summer dates are more flexible. We recommend reaching out at least 3 weeks before your trip.
What courses can I play?
We have relationships with 15+ courses across the Valley, including TPC Scottsdale, Troon North, We-Ko-Pa, Grayhawk, and Quintero. We'll match courses to your group's skill level and preferences.
Is everything truly all-inclusive?
Lodging, transport, and tee times are included in every package. The Scottsdale Experience adds steakhouse dinners and cigars. Green fees are included. Club rentals are available if needed.
What about groups larger than 10?
We can accommodate groups up to 16 by pairing two properties. We've hosted bachelor parties, corporate retreats, and reunions of all sizes. Contact us for custom quotes.
Do I need to bring my own clubs?
Bring them if you want. If not, we can arrange premium rentals from Callaway, TaylorMade, or Titleist at any of our partner courses.
What's the cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 14 days before arrival. 50% refund within 14 days. We work with you if plans change -- weather, flights, life happens.
Do you handle airport pickups?
Every package includes pickup from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. You land, we're there. No ride shares, no waiting.
