Before You Book
What makes this different from booking through a travel site?
Every home is hand-picked into our collection and vetted to an exacting standard, and our private drivers run on your schedule. You deal with one local team that handles every detail: no hotel front desk, no rental car counter, no apps.
How far in advance should I book?
Peak season (November through May) books out 4-8 weeks ahead, with January through April the busiest stretch. Summer dates (June through October) are more flexible. We recommend reaching out at least 3 weeks before your trip.
What courses can I play?
We have access to 30 championship courses across the Valley, including TPC Scottsdale, Troon North, We-Ko-Pa, Grayhawk, and Quintero. We'll match courses to your group's skill level and preferences.
Is everything truly all-inclusive?
Lodging, green fees, tee times, and concierge planning are included in every package. Airport transfers and golf transportation are included from The Full Send up, and available as an add-on for The Getaway. The Scottsdale Experience adds a dedicated driver, steakhouse dinner, and cigars. Club rentals are available if needed.
What about groups larger than 10?
We can accommodate groups up to 16 by pairing two properties. We've hosted bachelor parties, corporate retreats, and reunions of all sizes. Contact us for custom quotes.
Do I need to bring my own clubs?
Bring them if you want. If not, we can arrange premium rentals from Callaway, TaylorMade, or Titleist at any of our championship courses.
What's the cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 14 days before arrival. 50% refund within 14 days. We work with you if plans change (weather, flights, life happens).
Do you handle airport pickups?
The Full Send and The Scottsdale Experience include pickup and drop-off at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. You land, we're there. On Getaway trips, airport transfers and golf transportation are available as a transportation add-on, quoted per group.
